Spring is Waterfall Season!
The winter rains (and a little snow) with spring showers make this the best time of year for waterfall
viewing. The rivers, creeks and streams are flowing full providing spectacular displays of natural
beauty. Numerous waterfalls surround Dahlonega and can be easily located by maps available at the
Dahlonega Welcome Center. You can get a preview at the Dahlonega.org Waterfall Page
or our friend, J. Anthony's wonderful Waterfalls of North Georgia Web site.
