Autumn is Beautiful!
       Wish You Were Here!

We're experiencing the most beautiful fall season we've seen in years! The colors have been brilliant and long lasting with perfect weather to get out and enjoy them. Besides the visual appeal of the mountains this time of year, it's also a great time to get out and stretch those legs! Low temperatures and humidity make it the perfect time to get out and hike, paddle, horseback, fish, golf, mountain bike or whatever gets your heart pumping. There's so much to see and do in and around Dahlonega, and remember, when you return to your cabin at the end of the day, you can always relax those muscles in your own private hot tub!

One year Anniversary!
The delivery of this newsletter marks one year since we've started writing to you and what a joy and a success it's been! Obviously we enjoy telling everyone what is going on in our lives and the experiences to be had in this beautiful place, but we were not expecting the wonderful response we've gotten! We often get updates from people who have stayed with us in the past, or get requests from new folks to be added to our list. We love the opportunity to keep in touch with our guests so please, let us know what type of information you'd like to see in the newsletter. Keep in touch!!

The N. Georgia Approach to the Holidays...
It is getting close to that time of year when the pace of life begins to slow down here in the North Georgia Mountains. That may seem strange, with the holidays quickly approaching, but we try to make a concerted effort so folks can relax and fully enjoy the festivities of the season. By mid-November expansive views open up across the valleys as the last leaves fall to earth. After Thanksgiving, the pumpkins, hay bales and corn stalks that line the historic square slowly give way to evergreens and lights to celebrate our Old Fashioned Christmas. The approaching holidays are a time for sharing, and it's this special time, in this special place, that we would like to share with you. Join Us!
