Additional occupants: $15 per person (13 years and older) per night.
Two night minimum required for weekends (Thursday & Friday, Friday & Saturday, Saturday & Sunday). One night at weekend rate.
Weekday Daily Rates apply Sunday through Thursday for visits of two days or more.
Weekly Rates consist of 6-7 days.
Weekly Rates and Weekday Rates do not apply during holidays.
Tax of 12% added to above rates.

Deposit: One night at weekend rate + tax

Check Policy: No checks accepted at check in. (Checks only accepted for deposit at least three weeks prior to arrival.) All cash customers must put up a $200 cash damage deposit which will be refunded after the cabin has been inspected.

Cancellation Policy: There will be a $25 cancellation fee. Balance of deposit may be applied toward a rescheduling if rescheduled at least 7 days prior to arrival date. A reschedule date must be within six months and can only be rescheduled once. Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the deposit.

No refunds for early checkout.

Pet Policy: SORRY, NO PETS
We love our pets as much as you do, but for health reasons and the comfort of our other guests we do not allow pets.
